Sichuan University Strategy and Development Research Center is a professional institute founded early in the time when others focused on theoretical research and detailed operations but neglecting the long-run and strategic development. It is backboned with management and systematic science, as well as marketing and cultural theories, and learns advanced theories and models from overseas companies and organizations.

 

     Under the administration of Sichuan University, the “Center” is a professional institute that is devoted in theoretical and scientific research, strategic scheme, designing and promotion, and management consulting.

 

   The Center provides enterprises, governmental agencies and other organizations with solutions for various concerns on their strategy and development (i.e. drafting strategic plans) as well as consultancy, diagnosis, research, management training and planning.

 

    The Center is aimed at studying the issues on regional strategic development, enterprise and social organization projects, and provide consulting & management services to the society and enterprises on the basis of scientific research so as to help enterprises, government and organizations make development strategy, manage crisis, and provide suggestions for government policy-making.

 

    With the prestigious faculty of Sichuan University, who are rich in profound theoretical studies and pragmatic experiences, the Center has conducted a large quantity of research works on issues of significance, public attentions and difficulty in Sichuan Province as well as western region, undertaking a series of projects that have positive social impacts and performance improvement, published a number of academic thesis and works.

 

     The Center has a high quality and high standard research team. Among the 22 full-time and part-time research fellows, there are 6 professors, 11 assistant professors, 12 PhDs. The Center has accomplished about one hundred state or ministerial level research tasks, obtained a number of prizes at or above provincial level, produced academic monographs and published over 100 academic works.

 

     The Center will strive to target the integrated, long-term and fundamental issues for the development of enterprise and recommend the solution characterized as “updated”, “advanced”, “factual” and “concise”. The clients’ satisfaction will be our ultimate measurement on our service.
