Randy Johnson will lead a "round table" discussion on strategic economic and sustainable development in the conference, and Chair this round-table discussion with a counter part from Chengdu, convening academics, business and government officials on this topic. He is the highest elected official for the county. Past president of National Association of County Governments in the U.S. and has led public sector delegations to China in the past.
